ABSTRACT
The
present aim of this article is to evaluate in vitro anti
urolithiatic activity of Acalifa indica. It was observed that the
highest calcium oxalate crystals dissolution was observed in the ethanol and
aqueous extracts of A. indica. It was found that ethanol and
aqueous extracts of A. indica has same capacity to dissolve
calcium oxalate. It provides evidence towards urolithiatic activity when
compared to standard drug.
