Abstract
Taxonomy
is a hierarchical system into which we can classify animals and plants
according to certain characteristics. This system was created only using
certain structural features, such as size, color ... etc. In the case where we
have only a piece of tissue available from the organism, we must look for other
ways to identify the organisms. It is molecular taxonomy in the classification
of organisms into hierarchical groups that uses molecular features, by which we
mean features stored in the sequences of information macromolecules, such as
DNA, RNA and proteins.
